A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s make
it clear

Is Dwarvo only for KYC?

No. KYC is one possible journey. Dwarvo can also be configured for telecom onboarding, payments, ordering, ticketing, check-in, information, feedback and interactive engagement such as gamification and loyalty. The available journeys are defined for each deployment.

Can it work with our existing systems?

Integration is planned around your existing systems and available APIs. Service ownership, data handling, security controls and support responsibilities are agreed during pilot planning.

Can customers use SIM and eSIM services?

SIM/eSIM onboarding is a proposed telecom use case. Activation depends on the operator’s verification, systems, approvals and chosen hardware configuration.

Can services run outside normal opening hours?

Selected journeys can be designed for extended availability. Actual access depends on the location, power, connectivity, backend service availability and support arrangements.

What if a customer needs help?

Self-service and assisted service can work together. The pilot defines when and how a customer is directed to staff or another support channel.
